01 The name

Grid. Bros. Drive Together.

Grid represents the connected system behind modern marketing. Every discipline is a position on the same grid: related, aligned, and only useful in relation to the others.

Bros represents collaboration, trust and teams working side by side — with each other and with the client. It is a deliberately unpretentious word for a deliberately unpretentious way of working.

Drive Together represents aligned momentum between Grid Bros and the organisations we work with. Not a supplier waiting for instructions, and not an agency that disappears with the brief.

02 Philosophy

Marketing fails at the joins

Most marketing problems are not discipline problems. The brand work is usually fine. The website is usually competent. The campaign is often well made. What breaks is the space between them: a position that never made it into the ad, a website structure that ignores what people search for, a campaign that lands on a page written for someone else, a report that measures activity nobody asked for.

Those joins are where budget quietly disappears, and they are almost never anyone's job. Grid Bros exists to make them one team's job. That is the entire argument.

It means we would rather run three connected disciplines properly than eight in parallel. It means the strategist who set the position is still in the room when the media plan is written. And it means we will tell you when a piece of work is not worth doing yet, which is a strange thing for an agency to say and the main reason clients keep one.

How we work

Clear thinking before execution

The expensive mistakes are made in the first fortnight, not the last. We would rather spend an extra week on the problem than a quarter on the wrong answer.

One connected brand system

Brand, website, search, content and media are one system with one direction. Run separately, they spend the same budget arguing with each other.

Commercially useful creativity

Craft matters, and it has a job. If a piece of work cannot be traced back to a commercial reason for existing, it is decoration.

Honest performance reporting

Attribution is imperfect and we will say so. A report that only contains good news is not a report, it is marketing for the agency.

Long-term collaboration

The second year of a relationship should be better than the first because the context compounds. We are not built for churn.

No unnecessary complexity

Fewer channels done properly, fewer tools that need a specialist, fewer slides. Complexity should be in the thinking, not in the paperwork.

04 Where we are

A new company, stated plainly

Grid Bros is new. We are not going to claim a founding decade, a headcount or an awards cabinet we do not have, and you should be sceptical of any agency that does when the evidence is a stock photo of a table.

What we can tell you is how we work, what we will and will not do, and what our own thinking looks like — which is why the work page shows internal concept studies rather than borrowed logos. Our first public case studies are in preparation, and they will carry client approval and honest context.
